Background

I have made a public interest disclosure (PID) concerning alleged management wrongdoing, including bribery and blackmail.

In response to my PID, management has made several allegations against me that I consider baseless.

Notably, the claims regarding blackmailing by management, one attempt I have witnessed independently myself, have never been investigated according to my knowledge.

I have repeatedly asked the NSW Ombudsman to refer the matter to the Australian Federal Police for a proper investigation which has so far been prevented. I consider such an investigation mandatory also because the Australian whistleblowing legislation has been grossly violated.
